Headmaster of Govt. High School, Naupada, Srikakulam district, AP requested Bighelp to provide financial support for construction a dining hall in their school.

This school serves 415 students from VI to X class. About 400 children are having lunch in the Mid Day Meal program daily. It takes almost 30 to 35 minutes to serve the meal at lunch time. During this time the sun is very hot. Students have to bear bare hot sun and during the rainy season they have to get wet while standing in the queue since there is no shade or shelter.
The School does not have a dining hall to wait while serving Mid Day Meal or to have lunch. Poor students who cannot afford to study are studying in this school and they only have Mid Day Meal in School. Children are having lunch in classrooms, Corridors, Ground and even under trees.
Dining hall is not only used for having lunch and also used as a study hall after lunch for evening classes.
Hence Headmaster of the school requested Bighelp for financial support for constructing a dining hall in their school
