| CHERISH is running a street and Orphan children home at Lungur house for boys, Kismathpura Rajendernagar for Girls. They take the children from railway-station and from other points where the children don't have shelters with their menial jobs Bhogi cleaners, beggars, rag pickers etc., due to their poverty, stepparents, alcoholic parents, orphans etc.Right now CHERISH having 30 girls and 10 boys. The irritation caused by the bites of mosquitoes can be quite distressing particularly for children. At worst mosquitoes transmit a range of potentially fatal diseases. The risk of mosquito-borne diseases is especially high in humid areas and CHERISH is located in a village with a lot of open space. In the more arid spaces mosquito infestation peaks during the rainy season. Hence CHERISH requested Bighelp to provide Mosquito nets for all the windows for the whole building G+2 floors. To protect children from mosquito-borne diseases Bighelp came forward to provide mosquito nets and blankets |
