Request to perform on the Stage

Thank you for your interest to perform in Bighelp New Hampshire S.T.E.A.M Event 2020.
Please submit your entry as soon as possible. The due date to submit the entry is 20-Apr-2020.
Your entry status (accepted/rejected/need changes) will be communicated as soon as possible.

Guidelines:

1. Preference will be given to group performances with 5 or more performers.
2. Please keep the maximum duration of performance to 5 minutes or less.
3. Preference will be given to Patriotic, Creative Performances, Indian Festivals, Environmental Protection, Indian national history & multi culture related items.
4. Please limit the participation of a child or adult to one item.
5. Please enter as much information as possible and provide full details in this form. This will help our cultural team in making decision quickly.
6. Please provide full names of all participants accurately. Performance certificates will be printed as per this information. If the participant is a child, please specify the age, else specify 'Adult' in parenthesis. Example: Aaradhya Bachan (6 years), Abhishek Bachan (Adult)
7. If you have updates to your entry, please submit this form again with full details, before the due date 20-Apr-2020, and write a note in special instructions column below. We will take your latest entry and disregard all previous entries.
8. You will receive an automated acknowledgment email within 2 hours of submitting your entry. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders. If you did not receive this email, then we did not receive your entry. In such a situation, please submit your entry again.

10. The decision to make any changes to these guidelines at any time is reserved with Bighelp's cultural team.
11. Bighelp cultural team reserves the right to request change song/s or accept/reject songs based on the order of receiving and appropriateness.
