Coloring contest 2019

Description:

We are happy to introduce coloring contest with a “STEM Theme” which is a new addition in Big Help family. The idea of incorporating STEM in contest plays weightage as it pervades every part of our lives. It also gives kids a wide range of opportunities to think innovatively yet enhancing their creative art skills. Coloring contest is a great way for kids to get involved and making them to be a part of Big Help.

Rules:

1) Age Categories
❖ Level 1 -- Pre K and below
❖ Level 2 -- KG
❖ Level 3 -- Grade 1
❖ Level 4 -- Grade 2
❖ Level 5 -- 3rd and 4th grades
2) Only crayons & colored lead pencils may be used
3) Entries will be judged for neatness, use of color & eye appeal
4) Coloring sheet & crayons will be provided to participants at venue
5) Please register with full name, age, contact number and grade of participants for coloring contest, when submitting your RSVP
6) Duration of contest -- 2pm to 3pm(1 Hour)

Contest day guidelines:

Pre- contest :

1) Check-in time is at 1:50 AM
2) Coloring leads will meet in auditorium and check-in will be done at 2pm
3) Only participants are allowed into contest room, parent can kindly wait in hallway until the contest is done
4) Get your own bottled water( if needed)
5) No breaks in between contest (except in emergency)

Post- contest :

6) Judges decision is final
7) Winners announcement and price distribution will be done on stage sameday
8) Its everyone’s duty to keep the surrounding vicinity clean once the contest is done
