Bighelp North Carolina Regional Contests 2023

Request to perform on the Stage

Thank you for your interest to perform in Bighelp Mela 2023.
Please submit your entry as soon as possible. The due date to submit the entry is 30-Nov-2023.
Your entry status (accepted/rejected/need changes) will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Guidelines:

1. Reporting on time is important, if not reported on time your item will loose slot to perform as program will be lined up according to BigHelp agenda and entries accepted.
2. Preference will be given to group performances with 5 or more performers.
3. Please keep the maximum duration of performance to 5 minutes or less.
4. Preference will be given to Patriotic, Creative Performances, Indian national history & multi culture related items.
5. Please limit the participation of a child or adult to one item.Entries with repeated participants will not be considered for acceptance.
6. Please enter as much information as possible and provide full details in this form. This will help our cultural team in making decision quickly.
7. Please provide full names of all participants accurately. Performance certificates will be printed as per this information. If the participant is a child, please specify the age, else specify 'Adult' in parenthesis. Example: Aaradhya Bachan (6 years), Abhishek Bachan (Adult)
8. You will receive an automated acknowledgment email when you submit your entry. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders. If you did not receive this email, then we did not receive your entry. In such a situation, please submit your entry again.
9. If you have any difficulty with submitting this form, please email full item details to nc@bighelp.org
10. The decision to make any changes to these guidelines at any time is reserved with Bighelp's cultural team.
11. Bighelp cultural team reserves the right to request change song/s or accept or reject entries.
12. All participants must adhere to the CDC guidelines.
