- There is no admission fee for this event.Admission is strictly by RSVP only.

| Participation |
- A $15 participation fees will be charged for each participant (for one or more participation per person,including Math Bee, Spelling Bee and Art Contests).
- A $15 fees will be charged for each Science Bee participant
- Participation fees will be collected at the venue during check-in.
- Trophies and certificates will be presented to first, second and third prize winners for each contest and for each level. Certificates will be provided for all the participants.

There will be Math Bee, Spelling Bee, Art and Science Bee.
Submit your RSVP, Register for contests.
The above link lets you submit your RSVP and register for all contests including Spelling Bee, Math Bee, Art and Science Bee. It will also give you an option to sign up as a volunteer, choose food item to bring or sign up your child for YouthHelp team.
The due date to register for all the contests is 16-April-2016. However we recommend you to register as soon as possible.

| Robotics Demonstration |
| This will be a great opportunity for the kids in elementary, middle and high school to interact and learn more about lego robotics and programming. |
| Snacks & Lunch |
Pizza, snacks, drinks, tea and coffee will be provided for nominal price.
Complimentary Lunch prepared by volunteers will be served to all guests.
