| Participation |
- A $15 participation fees will be charged for each participant (for one or more participation per person, including contests and stage performances). Participation fees will be collected at the venue during check-in.

- Trophies and certificates will be presented to first, second and third prize winners for each contest and for each level. Certificates will be provided for all the participants.

Volunteers |
Snacks will be sold at venue for a nominal cost.
Complementary dinner prepared by volunteers will be served to all
