India Day 2003

India Association of Greater Boston, Bighelp For Education, Saheli and Supporting Indian-American Organizations have celebrated "India Day 2003" at Hatch Memorial Shell in Boston. The Program was a celebration of India's 56th Independence Day by the Greater Boston Indian Community. Approximately 10,000 people have attended the event.

A rich cultural program, comprising instrumental music, patriotic songs, popular Bhajans and exquisite dances (classical, folk and film) by celebrated artists and dancers and gifted students of Indian music and dance schools were organized in the event. Admission to the event was free.

Around 500 people have stopped at our stall and learned about our programs during this event.
